DESCRIPTION:363 Tynehead Park Ultra:\n\nThanks to our Event Sponsors:\n\n  \nPlease note\, This is not a public event.\nOnly for the 363 Focus Club Members\, Focus Club Family Members. \nEvent Format:\nParticipants must run a 4 km loop starting every 40 minutes around Tynehead Park.\nContinue running as many loops as you can until 8:00 PM or park closure\, whichever comes first. \nLoop Completion:\nEach loop must be completed within 40 minutes to be counted\, including the final lap. \nStart Times:\nAll loops begin at fixed 40-minute intervals (e.g.\, 8:00 AM\, 8:40 AM\, 9:20 AM\, etc.).\nA bell will ring at the start of each loop to signal the time to begin. \nEligibility to Win:\nParticipants competing to win must be present at the Starting Corral at the beginning of each loop.\nFailure to finish a loop within 40 minutes disqualifies the runner from the competition.\nDisqualified participants must report to the organizer and are no longer eligible to win but may continue running for personal goals. \nDetermining the Winner:\nThe winner is the last person to successfully complete a loop\, which occurs when one of the two remaining runners drops out.\nWinners will be announced in the following categories:\nMen\nWomen\nUnder 18\nOverall Champion \nSupport and Amenities:\nThis event is mostly self-supported.\nParticipants are encouraged to bring the following:\nHydration and nutrition to sustain themselves throughout the day.\nA chair or other items to rest between loops.\nAn aid station will be set up near the starting area to provide light snacks. \nGeneral Guidelines:\nStay on the designated 4 km loop.\nRespect park rules and fellow runners.\nRun safely and follow instructions from event volunteers. \nEvent debriefing at 7:50am\, participants are not in the competition if they miss the 8:00am start time. \n
