363 Tynehead Park Ultra:

Please note, This is not a public event.
Only for the 363 Focus Club Members, Focus Club Family Members.

Event Format:
Participants must run a 4 km loop starting every 40 minutes around Tynehead Park.
Continue running as many loops as you can until 8:00 PM or park closure, whichever comes first.

Loop Completion:
Each loop must be completed within 40 minutes to be counted, including the final lap.

Start Times:
All loops begin at fixed 40-minute intervals (e.g., 8:00 AM, 8:40 AM, 9:20 AM, etc.).
A bell will ring at the start of each loop to signal the time to begin.

Eligibility to Win:
Participants competing to win must be present at the Starting Corral at the beginning of each loop.
Failure to finish a loop within 40 minutes disqualifies the runner from the competition.
Disqualified participants must report to the organizer and are no longer eligible to win but may continue running for personal goals.

Determining the Winner:
The winner is the last person to successfully complete a loop, which occurs when one of the two remaining runners drops out.
Winners will be announced in the following categories:
Men
Women
Under 18
Overall Champion

Support and Amenities:
This event is mostly self-supported.
Participants are encouraged to bring the following:
Hydration and nutrition to sustain themselves throughout the day.
A chair or other items to rest between loops.
An aid station will be set up near the starting area to provide light snacks.

General Guidelines:
Stay on the designated 4 km loop.
Respect park rules and fellow runners.
Run safely and follow instructions from event volunteers.

Event debriefing at 7:50am, participants are not in the competition if they miss the 8:00am start time.
