I have a confession to make: I love to cook.

This blog simply serves as my recipe keeper which also reflects my journey as a food’s lover.

I’m not a perfect chef, along the way, you will find many of my successes and failures, but it was all worth the effort.

I love sharing my Kitchen adventures. So, don’t be afraid of trying new things, get inspired and have fun in your beloved kitchen.

I’m glad that I can cook, but my idea of a perfect day rarely involves spending time in the kitchen. The maximum I can spend in a Kitchen is one hour a day. What I really love is spending that time in the Kitchen.

For me cooking is a means to an end. I cook for my own  happiness.

For some, cooking is a true passion–they adore being in the kitchen and everything it involves. I am not that kind of person.

This is enough for me. This is what I cooked after my successful Arctic Trip.

The moral of the story is that you do not have to be a kitchen ninja !!!
